What script options can I choose from?
You can choose between Regular Script, Cursive Script, Seal Script, or Clerical Script. There is no difference in pricing between the scripts. For references, please visit here.

What artwork size should I order?
There are a few factors to consider when deciding the appropriate size: the space where you plan to hang the piece/place the piece, and your desired viewing distance. Please discuss with the artist on the optimal size.

What art materials do you use?
Premium white rice paper and black sumi ink will be used unless otherwise specified. Please contact the Artist for special requests.

What framing options can I choose from?
We offer natural wood frames by default as it aligns most with the Artist’s style. You may contact the Artist for other colour/framing options, or if you want the artwork to be presented in a traditional scroll. You can also opt for a coloured cardboard border for your artwork. Extra charges may apply.

What is your production lead time?
The lead time to produce the artwork can range from 2 weeks to 6+ weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork, and the Artist’s schedule (excluding shipping time). We also accept urgent orders- please indicate that if so. Extra charges may apply. Please check with the Artist before placing an order.

What is included in the pricing?
Normally, the price already includes the original artwork, the layering fee by the framers, and the natural wood frame with museum quality, non-reflective acrylic glass.

What is your delivery & pickup schedule?
For local orders:
Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday (Hong Kong only). We offer same-day local delivery upon artwork completion.
Location & fees: Hong Kong: + HKD120 // Kowloon: + HKD150
*Courier will contact you prior to delivery. We offer free delivery to one location point for orders above HKD 5000.
Pickup is available from Monday to Friday (Hong Kong only)
Location: IFC / Exchange Square
Date & Time: 9am – 6pm
For International orders:
Delivery time for international orders will vary depending on shipping options and location. Please check with the Artist for shipping options. Hong Kong Postal services / SF express will be used unless specified.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, FPS, and PayPal for both local and international orders. Clients will bear the transaction fees should it be applicable.
